All the apartments have fully self-contained kitchens, a dining room and lounge area plus a bathroom.

A Continental breakfast basket including local produce is available for $25.00 for 2 people, upon request.
Prior notice is preferred.
In order to have your booking confirmed, a deposit of 1 night’s accommodation must be received within 7 days of the booking. The balance is then payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.
This can be paid through an Electronic Bank Transfer if preferred.
For a booking on a Public Holiday weekend, Christmas or Easter a deposit of 50% of the value of the booking is required. The balance is then payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.
A booking made within 2 weeks of the arrival date is to be paid in full prior to arrival.
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is only refunded if there are more than 14 days notice, or if within 14 days the accommodation is re-let for the entire period of the cancellation. A $40.00 cancellation fee is applied to cover Administration Costs.
During the period of a Public Holiday weekend, Christmas or Easter there is no refund of the total value of the booking if cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date. At this time the full amount of the booking is then payable.
In some circumstances your deposit may be transferred to a later booking. Advertised Specials can revert to the normal tariff for amended bookings
